1. Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty coverage period and terms may vary depending on the specific product. Please refer to the product description or warranty card included with your purchase for details on the warranty duration and coverage.
The manufacturer warrants that all ACAT Global Products are free from defects. Most of our products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if products are not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.
This warranty does not apply to any product which has been installed on any racing vehicle or which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Also, cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement product are not covered by this warranty.
The proof of purchase, MUST be presented to the service outlet from which you originally purchased the product, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original product must also be returned and exchanged for new product of the same part number.
No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies to the product, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occurred by the product, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
2. Warranty Claims
If you believe your product is defective and falls within the warranty coverage period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@acatglobal.com within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) and a detailed description of the issue or defect.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include troubleshooting steps, return instructions, or product inspection requirements.
3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration of the product.
- Products that have not been used or maintained in accordance with provided instructions.
- Any modifications or repairs done by unauthorized persons or third-party service providers.
4. Resolution of Warranty Claims
Upon receipt of your warranty claim and verification that the issue falls within the warranty coverage, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product.
- Replace the product with an identical or similar model, subject to availability.
- Provide a refund or store credit for the purchase price of the product.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty assessment or replacement. However, if the product is determined to be eligible for warranty coverage, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.
6. Warranty Transfer
Our warranties are generally non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the proof of purchase.
