At ACAT, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

ACAT offers a 45 day returns policy for all products, effective from the date of shipping. All parts must be returned in the original packaging, with all supplied parts, cannot be damaged (scratched, dented, etc.) or installed and must be in the original new condition as received. Returns of products that are returned within the 46-90 day timeframe, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Please fill out the form below to start the process. Include in all communications your name, address, sales number, part number and proof of purchase.

 

Return Eligibility

45 Days - Any returns within 45 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and eligible for a full purchase price refund MINUS return shipping (no restocking fee)

46-90 Days - Any returns between 46-90 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and eligible for a full purchase price refund MINUS return shipping and subject to a 20% restocking fee

90+ Days - Any returns outside of 90+ days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange - excluding warranty claims. Please contact us below for any inquiries.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return
    • Contact our customer service team using the form below within 30 days of receiving your purchase to initiate the return process.
    • Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.
  2. Return Shipment
    • After approval, you may be asked to return the item(s) to us. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Processing and Refunds
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 Days of product receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Any form of shipping damage will need to be address with the shipping carrier.
